Do the event one time it's a pair of red sunglasses that are level 30, +2 acc daytime, -20 acc night.
Collect 20 crystal shards and it's the HQ shades...+3 acc daytime, -30 acc night.
For crystal shard collecting they are tracking each nation plus doing a overall for which server does it the most. I believe the event ends this week right before Fan Fest cause they are annoucing there which overall server wins. So if you want the sunglasses you need to hurry up and do the event.
For the NQ ones you only need to get one crystal shard and will take you about 5 min to do...very simple.
